A financial behaviour segmentation model based on knowledge, attitudes, fragility, literacy, OCEAN personality item list to create 4 behavioural segments. Followed through with the designing of interventions to increase savings behaviours at a 4000+ employee multi-national HR consulting firm.

Extensive user research and design consultation for a leading fintech app to encourage savings goals creation. The save now buy the later app now uses multiple behaviour science principles such as endowed progress, goal reframing, and visceral & aspirational goal visualization to drive the creation of goals. These initiatives saw a 5 fold increase in goal creation during a short 2-3 month period.

Behavioural research and ideation workshops to identify ways to increase handwashing and use of sustainable cleaning products in India. Observations conducted through digitally generated auto ethnographies reveal the interplay between context, and triggers in the environment. The intents of the user and different financial, social and behavioural constraints have an important impact on adoption of cleansing products in Indian households. Satisficing, zero price effect, loss aversion, authority bias, halo effect, are noticeable in the way consumers consider, purchase and use of cleansing products.

Crafted interventions to understand important behaviours that drive sales behaviour change; developing a performance behaviour journey that encourages users, with the use of multiple behavioural principles to improve engagement and performance.
